- Rides start at 9:00
am (come at anytime) Stable closes at 5 pm.
- Rides leave at any
time and run continuously throughout the day. Rides take about an
hour.
- Children 6 and
at least 48"
can ride on the trail (we
ride many area schools, camps and scout groups.)
- There is no double
riding. Younger children can take a pony ride at the stable.
If your 6 year old is not ready for the trail, then they can take a
pony ride at the stables.
- Pony Rides are available for
those not ready for the trail ride. We can give a horse ride for
those not able to ride on the trail. (any age can take a pony ride)
- No reservations are
taken. (for
large groups, please email or call to plan your event)
- It is best to wear long pants
and shoes or sneakers.
- No Carry on items allowed while
riding. Leave cameras, bags, sunglasses, etc. at the stables.
(We can take your pictures for
you.) Don't talk on the phones
while riding.
Experience a great outdoor activity by going horseback riding in the Lake George area. The beautiful scenery of this splendid location can provide a fun and memorable adventure especially for those who love the outdoors. Please bear in mind though that we do not allow you to bring your horses to use on our trails. For those who go trail riding in their home location and/or need to have their horses hauled, please contact horse trailer hire for your horse hauling needs.
